Lead of Technical Services

Core Responsibility

To interface with the location technical staff on internet access, Audio Visual equipment, printers, presentation laptops and all technical components of the delivery of the programme.

One year in advance:

  • Assignment of task to technical lead
  • Creation of working committee
  • Creation of list or requirements and budget
  • Regular communication with chair

Event

  • Setup equipment and testing

Post Event

  • Short report

Reporting

  • Monthly reporting to organizational group
